我公司成立于1982年，位于石龙镇新城市中心，现拥有占地面积6000平方米的新厂房一栋，共五层，其中主体厂房为三层：一楼为五金冲压车间，二楼为仓库，三楼为弹簧生产车间，四楼为楼顶花园及写字楼，五楼为培训中心。另外还拥有一栋六层员工宿舍及球场，环境优美。
　　2000年开始正式与日本KATO公司携手合作，全面引进日本先进的管理模式，学习其尖端的工程技术，并将成为KATO SPRING品牌的国内生产厂商。
　　在弹簧生产方面：公司引进生产各种压力、拉力、扭力以及其他复杂的线成型弹簧机，其中CNC电脑全自动弹簧成型机34台，电脑8型机、圆盘机等共13台；能生产各种型号弹簧材料线径从0.10mm-50mm。包括扁线弹簧钢丝冷卷成各种压力、拉力、扭力以及多种特殊用途的弹簧类型产品，月生产能力达到5000万条；产品广泛应用于办公电器设备、家用电器、电脑、通讯设备、微电机、电子、机械、玩具、仪器仪表、汽车业、饰品等行业配套服务。
　　在五金生产方面：公司拥有35吨-200吨冲床共8台，以及其他车库、铣床、磨床、碰焊机等设备，能冲压成型以黄铜片、磷铜片、不锈钢片、弹簧钢片、冷扎板、电解板、绝缘材料以及其他合金材料等为原材料的各种五金、塑胶等配套使用的零件，月生产能力达到1500万件。
　　在品质控制方面，公司配备了各种先进的检测设备，如投影机、荷重机等等；使用西德及日本等各种进口的优质原材料；拥有大批具有精湛的专业技术及丰富经验的生产、品管及工程技术人员；同时在管理方面实行标准化作业，推行五S运动及A管理模式，并取得了ISO9001-2000版、ISO14001-1966版的认证，ISO9000已在筹备中，有效地控制生产成本及提高生产效率。力求以最先进的设备、最优质的原料、最优秀的“精工”人、最有效的管理体系，为客户提供最满意的产品和服务。

　　Our company was founded in 1982. It locates in the new city Area of Shilong Town. Now we have a new 5-floor factory building, which occupies an area of 6,000 Sqm. The main factory area occupies three floors: the 1^st floor is the hardware punching workshop; the 2^nd floor is the warehouse; the 3^rd floor is the spring manufacturing workshop. And the 4^th floor is the office area and roof garden; the 5^th floor is the trainning center. Besides, we also have a 6-floor staff dormitory building and a ball game ground. The scenery is beautiful.
　　Since the year of 2000, we have begun to cooperate with a Japanese company-KATO.
　　Regarding the spring manufacturing, we have introduced many wire formation spring machines, which can produce various of compression spring, tension spring, torsion spring, and other complicated wire formation. Among these machines, 34 are CNC computerized full-automatical spring formation machines; 13 are computerized 8-type machines and disk machines. They can produce various of wire material for spring, with the diameter from 0.10 mm to 4.5mm. They can also make the flat wire into different kind of spring products by cold-rolling, including compression spring, tension spring, torsion spring, and other spring for special usage. The monthly production capability is 30,000,000 pieces; These products are widely used on office appliances equipment, family electric appliances, toys, machineries, electronics, instruments, and adornments, etc. We also deal in the steel wire and stainless steel wire with different types and specifications, which are from both China and foreign countries.
　　Regarding the hardware manufacturing, we have 2 dual-cylinder hydraulic press machines of 200 T, 13 punching machines of 80 T or less than 80 T, and other equipment such as lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, touch-welding machines, etc. With these machines, we can punch various materials into different accessories used on hardware and plastics. These materials include brass sheet, phosphorus copper sheet, stainless steel sheet, spring steel sheet, cold-rolled sheet, electrolysis sheet, and other alloy materials. The monthly production capability has reached to 15,000,000 pieces.
　　Regarding the quality control, we have equiped with many advanced testing facilities, such as projector and load-testing machines, etc; We use various of high-grade materials imported from Germany and Japan, etc; We have a large number of production technicians, quality control technicians and engineering technicians with high technology and rich experiences; At the same time, we have a standardized management system, and we carry out ISO9001-2000 system, 5-S Action and A Management Mode. Thus we have effectively controlled the production cost and have improved the efficiency.
